Before, tattoos were reserved for criminals, sailors and prostitutes.
Now, normal people and even honnest Christians indulge in this fashion.
Talking about this topic raises intimate issues in me because my own daughter Hope mentioned getting the Holy Cross tattooed on her wrist.
This is an eminently difficult question for a Christian mother.
On the one hand I am proud that my daughter loves Jesus as I love him and is moving away by grace from the worst sins of the time.
On the other hand, I find this fashion vulgar and contrary to the divine commandment that forbids us to harm our bodies.
To be tattooed is a violence done to the body that the Lord has lent us !!!
Please, look at that decent American gentleman screaming like a little goat about to have his throat slit : https://www.youtube.com/shorts/F2mi7SsKKuc
If the devil forces you to get a tattoo, of course get a cross or the name of the Savior tattooed instead of a stupid Chinese or Hawaiian symbol !
GROOOOOOOOSSSSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!
However, if Jesus Christ gives you strength, do not hurt your body and just spread the Good News with your words !
Love
very interesting post, Krystal! May the lord bless you. I heard that the word "aloha" is a code for drugs dealers. Be careful with these "aloha" people.
I am Emelyne G., I participate also in this collaborative work. I find your article and your opinion respectable. I'm not tattooed either but actually this question has always posed a problem for me. You shouldn't attract attention or scarify your skin, but you shouln't be judgmental either and it seems to me that your text is a bit. God bless you.
Hi Dear Krystal,
This man on the video seems to be being punished, he must not have had "God", "Jesus", or "only god can judge me" tattooed as we can see on some people..
May the lord be with us !

You learn something everyday Krystal:

Loved the video!
Maybe your daughter can do a temporary tattoo before she starts a permanent tattoo ?
